With the excellent acoustics in the Rolf Böhme Saal, the Konzerthaus Freiburg provides the perfect performance conditions for prominent artists, ensembles and orchestras from all areas of music – from classical to pop. As its home fixture, several times a year the Konzerthaus hosts the SWR Symphonieorchester (Southwest German Radio Symphony Orchestra), as well as the internationally renowned Freiburger Barockorchester (Freiburg Baroque Orchestra). Global stars from the worlds of classical music and pop, internationally revered conductors, soloists, ensembles and large orchestras regularly play at the Konzerthaus and bestow unforgettable and magical musical moments on a sold-out venue.
