Since its opening in 1996, the Konzerthaus Freiburg congress centre can draw on a wealth of experience from over 10,000 events and also enjoys a high reputation far beyond the region. The Konzerthaus creates a unique atmosphere and is thus a success factor for every event. The diverse range of rooms with state-of-the-art technology and variable lighting and seating options offers scope for unforgettable event concepts. Above all, concerts, congresses, conferences, general meetings, workshops as well as large social events such as the Pope's visit by Benedict XVI or the annual Konzerthaus Ball. To date, more than 3 million guests have spent unforgettable hours and moments here that will be long remembered.

Designed by the Berlin architect Dietrich Bangert (Kunsthalle Schirn, Frankfurt; Landesvertretung Baden-Württemberg, Berlin), the Konzerthaus Freiburg congress centre with its light-flooded architecture enriches every event concept with a surprisingly unique atmosphere.
